The “Eggplant” Nike Air Foamposite One debuted back in 2009, was retroed in 2017 in commemoration of the Foamposite One turning 20 and is being primed for its third retail run in 2024.
Images have now come to light of the latest iteration and it stays in one, visually with its 2009 and 2017 forbears in that it sports ab iridescent Foamposite upper , with black showing up on the nubuck eyebrows, mesh tongue , inner and laces. Varsity purple can be seen on the One Cent logos on the tongue and rear hue, small lateral Swoosh, and striped pull tabs.
A translucent outsole below the aforementioned upper rounds out the aesthetic.
The “Eggplant” Nike Air Foamposite One is slated to begin its third retail journey in January of 2024; they will carry a 240 USD sticker price.
